Emergency Need Utility Form (ENUF)

An Emergency Need Utility Fund has been established as a method to help low-income families, in our area, pay electric bills. This is an emergency fund created by customer donations. Each customer will have the opportunity to add a specific amount to each monthly bill to fund this program. Funds received in each county will be returned to that county and distributed by the county Needline offices or other agencies familiar with emergency needs.
